Terms & Conditions
- Refund Policy: All meeting room bookings are non-refundable; however, we offer flexibility through a credit-based system. If you cancel your reservation any time before the scheduled start, the full value of your booking will be issued to your account as credit hours to be used for future sessions. Please note that cancellations made after the start time or failure to arrive for your booking will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee without credit.
- Normal Booking Terms & Conditions:
- WeMeet spaces and meeting rooms are for legitimate activities.
- Guest should not exceed the maximum number of occupants per room.
- Drinks or food from outside are not allowed in the premises.
- Please keep noise to a minimum for consideration to other guests.
- Please keep the place clean after use.
- The customer is responsible for the damages caused to facility.
- At the end of booking duration, guest can either leave the room or create a new booking to extend (if the room is available).
- If the guest fails to create a booking extension, WeMeet will automatically create and charge a 30-minute extension.
- WeMeet is not liable for any lost guests’ items.
- Booking cancellations are allowed, at least prior to the scheduled start time. This rule does not apply to Grand Hall bookings.
- Hours associated with booking cancellations will be converted into WeMeet Hour credits.
- In case of No Show or Early Check-Out, the scheduled booking shall be deemed completed.
- Activities like clay modelling, pottery making, and art painting are not allowed in all meeting rooms.
- Coupons and Room Packages Terms and Conditions:
- Special Packages and WeMeet Hours are valid for 30 days.
- Cancelled booking hours will be added to WeMeet Hours.
- Coupons will be applicable for bookings that meet the required minimum hours under a single transaction.
